Admissions at Afaq College Vehari are conducted exclusively on campus. To secure admission, applicants and their guardians must visit the college in person. This allows you to experience our campus firsthand, meet our faculty, and complete the necessary paperwork.
Admission Status for Different Classes
We periodically open and close admissions for various classes based on seat availability. Please note that admission for some classes may be closed once the seats are filled. Below is the current admission status:
- Post-8th : Admissions Open (from 7th April)
- 9th Grade: Admissions Open (from 1st February)
- 10th Grade: Admissions Closed
- 1st Year (Intermediate): Admissions Open (from 24th March)
- 2nd Year (Intermediate): Admissions Closed

Required Documents for Admission
When you come to the college to apply for admission, please bring the following documents:
- 4 Passport-Sized Photographs (with a blue background)
- 2 Copies of Father/Guardian’s CNIC
- 2 Copies of School Leaving Certificate
- 2 Copies of Student’s CNIC or B-Form
Disciplinary Rules
All students must adhere to the college’s rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, including fines, suspension, or expulsion. Key rules include:
- Fee Payment: Regular fee payments are mandatory. Fees paid are non-refundable.
- Right to Amend Policies: The college reserves the right to modify course requirements, fees, timetables, faculty, and uniform policies.
- Punctuality: Students must attend classes punctually. Unauthorized absences can result in suspension or removal from the college roll.
- Compliance: Non-compliance with college rules may lead to admission cancellation.
- Uniform Policy: Wearing the prescribed uniform is required.
- Prohibited Items: The use of mobile phones and cameras on campus is strictly forbidden.
- Prohibited Activities: Political or immoral activities are strictly prohibited on campus.
